You have displayed a great insight into the functioning of our minds. The article will be uplifting to the readers. A great push for going beyond the conventional limits we all often identify ourselves with. Looking forward to more such deliberations. Well done.

    Nicely penned down.
I am sure this article will go a long way in helping people sort their worries about the future. I hope they will come out of their future worries and will try to keep their mind in present i.e ‘NOW’ after reading this article. Power of ‘PRESENT’ is clearly reflected in your lines. Cheers!! I like the title ‘No Mind’ too. 😀

The Article is light and simple an effort is there to help the reader understand the basics required to attain the state of no mind. Actually while reading the text it seems rather achievable but while on work and interacting with people of diverse nature everyday. it becomes rather difficult .But like any new assignment or job one can progressively move towards this target of NO MIND STATE. I feel that to actually follow it one should read or even write it everyday till it is fully absorbed by oneself through regular practice while performing daily chores.

    • Yes, Amar you are absolutely right. When I started implementing it in my daily life, I felt how tough it is because our mind always enters from the back door. Even today, I struggle a lot. In reality, mind is nothing but our ego, our sense of self. We have formed our sense of self over years. So, we won’t get rid of it in one day. It’s a practice. Even Thich Nhat Hanh practice mindfulness every day. Also, if you really want to practice ‘No mind’; I would suggest you Osho’s videos and his books. This particular article has been inspired by him. 🙂

Your writing skills are fantastic. The way you have explained the complex subject in such an easy way is awesome. But your introduction like, I am so & so… reflecting that you are still stinging to name & fame, body – mind identification.
