If I ask you, “Who are you?” You will mention your name, profession, achievements etc. Well, in true sense that won’t be the right answer to my question.
In reality, we are combination of our body, mind, heart, and soul. We are physical beings who think, feel and have some purpose. A slight change in these elements can cause turbulence in our life as they are interlinked and affect each other.
While physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual are internal dimensions that take care of our body, mind, heart, and soul respectively. Financial and Social are external dimensions that are concerned with our material and social needs. Both the internal and external elements balance and maintain each other’s needs. Hence, we can say external dimensions support its internal counterpart.
Our true happiness depends on the whole—how we maintain our body, what we think, how we feel, how we connect with others, and what sense of greater purpose we have in our lives.
There’s no perfect way of living but we can live an optimized life by balancing 6 elements of life. RwL restores life by focusing on each one of them.
