We ignore emotional aspect of life as feelings are generally difficult to express and comprehend.  But in reality, we earn, achieve, attain, accomplish, to feel certain emotions like love, peace, bliss, joy, etc.

 

While we show enthusiasm towards positive emotions, we numb negative emotions like remorse, jealousy, guilt, etc. These unconscious emotions gradually form negative thought patterns and blockages that break our connection with life. As a result, we suffer from psychological issues like depression, stress, narcissism etc.

 

Emotional stress is generally deep in its form. It has many layers that are formed unconsciously on the basis of our present, past and future experiences. As a result, our subconscious mind becomes the store house of each and every emotion we experience in our day today life.

 

By consciously analyzing our subconscious mind on a deeper level we can release negative feelings from our psyche. There are various emotional catharsis techniques and methods to clear these not so serving emotions from our brain. We will explore these techniques one by one in this category of aspects of life.
