LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL

Word of Caution
Essential oils are generally safe for use. However, they may cause serious side effects, especially if applied directly to the skin. Dilute essential oils in carrier oils like coconut oil, olive oil, sesame oil etc. while applying them to your skin. Also, conduct a patch test before applying an unfamiliar essential oil.
Essential oils are not for ingestion. Furthermore, they are avoided during the first trimester of pregnancy.
